The Donnelly Lab is located at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where we study the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative disorders. We are interested in understanding the contributions of RNA binding proteins and RNA dysfunction in disease pathogenesis. Our goal is to uncover avenues of therapeutic intervention for these intractable neurological diseases.
